Renowned fly tier Pat Sleeper, who I have met at the Pleasanton stop of the Fly Fishing Show, has donated an assortment of saltwater popper flies. She recommends targeting "larger than large fish in the sea!" with these flies. These are big flies! Pat is past president of the Chico Area Flyfishers in California, and she is a licensed outfitter through Pat's Flyfishing, with trips to locations from the US, Canada, Mexico, and the Amazon.
