Paul Waters is one of the great artists depicting trout and their environment. He has produced art work for California's fine environmental organization California Trout for many years. To celebrate their 50th anniversary Paul created a series of beautiful images celebrating important fish and watersheds in the state. We're pleased to offer his image representing the Eel River, a legendary salmon and steelhead river that has historically faced tremendous challenges. CalTrout's work to restore the river and its salmonids continues, and Paul's art is a tribute to the beauty of the river and its future. This is a signed artist proof.
