This is a bamboo fly rod built by Trout Unlimited member Cecil Hash. It is an 8 ft 5 wt with two tips. It is made using a Brazos taper--created by Cecil himself. The handle, reel seat and rings of maple burl coated with a clear epoxy. The inlay is abalone. The rod can be fished or would make a handsome display piece.
